Scholarship Procedures:Scholarship
Application (Word Doc format) Each year the PHSA will offer, upon approval of its Board of Directors, a Thousand dollar ($1000) boy’s scholarship and a Thousand dollar ($1000) girl’s scholarship or up to $2000 total in scholarships. The total may vary and be increased as fundraising and sponsorships permit. In order to qualify for this scholarship the candidate must: §
Complete
the application and submit all requirements postmarked by May 4th,
2008. § Provide proof of your grade point average for all high school terms except the final term of the senior year. § Provide proof of acceptance by a post-secondary school. § Provide two letters of recommendation, one letter from a school official and one from a PHSA member.
