RULE/POLICY CHANGES:

07-24-2007 Board of Directors votes to change policies.

• $5 Fee increase per player (includes Travel players) effective 2008.
• Mandatory Background checks on all Coaches/ Assistants/ Referees/ Board Members/ 18+ years of age effective immediately. $10 fee will be reimbursed by PHSA with printed receipt.
