Penn Hills Soccer Association needs your commitment for the 2022-2023 season. PHSA is run by 100% volunteers that get $0 to help keep soccer alive in Penn Hills. If everyone does their part, it allows our community's children to have a safe, fun, outdoor activity to participate in! Parents, you'll have fun too!
